You've probably heard this in reference to war and the sacrifices made by many for freedom in any country.
Does not the same holds true of our own personal freedom?

~ freedom from being dependent on others for our happiness ~
~ freedom from anger
~ freedom from unhealthy attachments to people, places or things
~ freedom from ourselves, sometimes said to be "our worst enemy"

If you've read this blog thus far you are most likely aware of needing
to free yourself of a few things whether it's toxins in your body,
patterns of your mind or resentments in your heart.
I believe that wherever you begin the practice of freeing yourself,
the side effects of such actions will be felt in all aspects of your life.
Today's practice: Freedom
